The JAIA (Just as I Am) YOUth Leadership Council is a team of Mindful Leaders who offer personal development as a means to serve the community. "Seeds for Your Soul Life Coaching Saturdays" is a series of inspiring and relevant workshops by masterful coaches in the field of personal development. It is our intention, as growing YOUth leaders, to cultivate connection through informative and accessible workshops that prioritize the concerns of youth of color, and YOUth from LGBTQIA+ and immigrant communities.
