Carrying the legacy of eight years, Jahangirnagar University Model United Nations Association (JUMUNA), well-known for its prominent activities and events, is back with the most prestigious and astounding event, the 7th rendition of Jahangirnagar Model United Nations 2023 (JMUN’23) at the premises of Jahangirnagar University, the city of culture and heaven of natural beauty situated at the outskirt of the Dhaka City. The three-day-long conference will let you nurture your ways of thought as a diplomat, to prove a strong ground of your stance as the proposal to the solution of the agendas worth debating over.
The theme for the year 2023 has been set - ‘Prioritizing Green Technology: Conquesting Green Prosperity’.
Mother Nature fosters us with everything we need in order to live and survive. From ancient times till the era of Artificial Intelligence, we are still largely dependent on environmental resources. As the population is rising exponentially, the misuse of these resources as well as contaminating their reservoirs is having a horrible impact on the climate and our surrounding atmosphere, making it one of the most concerning crises we’re facing globally. Therefore, it is the great responsibility of the youth to find a feasible solution in order to develop a sustainable future all over the world.
