✨Join the Jackson's Bourbon Trail as we take you on "Once in a Lifetime" journey to the? "Big Apple" in our beautiful Waterfront Room overlooking the Bay. Have a deeper understanding on what Billy Joel sung about when Widow Jane and Chef Javier takes you to the City That Never Sleeps with New York inspired dishes paired with New York Bourbon!The evening kicks off with a Cocktail Reception at 6:30 where you are greeted with The Widow Fashion with a Salumi Board filled with all the Italian cured meats and cheeses. Even Tony Soprano's Gabagool!
Dinner will begin at 7:00 pm with the following NYC inspired courses:
1st Course - Widow Jane 10 Year paired with a NYC classic Clams Casino
2nd Course - Newly Released Baby Jane paired with a Hampton Tomato Buffalo Mozzarella Salad. Topped with Chopped Pistachios, Prosciutto Di Parma, Adirondack Maple Vinaigrette, and Fresh Basil.
3rd Course - Widow Jane Decadence meets The Delmonico - paying ohmage to a New York staple "Delmonico's" who made the steak popular coast to coast paired with Peter Luger's Famous Steak Sauce! As a special treat try Hermann J. Wiemer 2014 Magdalena Vineyard Cabernet Franc (Seneca Lake);93 points. This beautiful Cab Franc will definitely put you in a New York State of Wine!
4th Course - Widow Jane Lucky 13. The Best of the Best from Widow Jane will be amazing with a Slice of Cheesecake from Famous Junior's! Topped with Baby Jane's Caramel will be heaven with Lucky 13!
