JACK RYAN WHISKEY FINISHERS

The Ryans are the only independent Whiskey Finishers ageing, finishing and bottling in our own bonded Dublin Maturation Hall. We have built up a network of collaborating drinks producers at home and abroad, and a portfolio of provenanced casks. We are always on the look-out for that special cask that will impart a special something to the flavour of a fine aged malt. As well as classic finishes, we experiment with the eclectic and the novel.

We produce small batches – numbered and signed, with cask provenance recorded – of 2,500 to 10,000 or so bottles, as well as the Ryan Cask Elite Finish series – 300 to 500 or so bottles of Cask Strength or Single Cask malt.
