Jack Howard played trumpet with Hunters & Collectors; and along the way he’s performed or recorded with acts like The Violent Femmes, Rodriguez, Tex Perkins, The Living End and many more. In 2017, Jack toured the world with Midnight Oil as their multi-instrumentalist. He’s been described as “one of the great quiet achievers of Australian music.” Jack is the only trumpeter in the ARIA Rock’n’Roll Hall Of Fame.His brilliant original band - Jack Howard’s Long Lost Band - features some of Melbourne’s finest musicians - Nicky Del Rey on guitar, Ed Bates on pedal steel, Amy Valent Curlis on drums and Rob Walker on bass.
