🎸 The Black & Loud Festival returns to Portland with a mighty lineup of genre-bending Black artists bringing the noise across punk soul, rock, funk, and more. Headlining this year’s celebration is the legendary Living Colour, back in Portland with their Grammy-winning firepower and iconic track Cult of Personality. Fresh off the release of a new solo single, Vernon Reid and crew are ready to tear the roof off.🎤 New Orleans funk royalty Cyril Neville joins the bill alongside his son Omari and the Fuel, dropping new music just days before the fest. Seattle’s King Youngblood brings their alt-rock intensity and Afro-punk vision, celebrating a new comic book, soundtrack, and audiobook. Festival co-founder Anthony Briscoe and his band Down North will light up the stage with high-voltage soul-punk energy and dance moves you’ll never forget.
