The Nashville Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated in partnership with The Minerva Foundation of Tennessee invites you to attend Jabberwock Extravaganza 2026: An IMPACT Experience.
This year's theme, "An IMPACT Experience – Inspiring Minds, Poised and Cultivating Tomorrow," celebrates the growth, brilliance, creativity, confidence, and leadership of our 2026 Jabberwock participants.
Throughout the evening, guests will journey through the word IMPACT as participants showcase inspiration, intellect, poise, transformation, service, and their dreams for tomorrow. Through music, movement, spoken word, visual storytelling, formal presentations, the traditional Jabberwock waltz, and the coronation of the 2026 Jabberwock Queens and Court, these remarkable young ladies will share the growth they have experienced throughout their Jabberwock journey.
Jabberwock is one of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated's most cherished youth traditions, dating back to 1925. What began as a creative variety show to raise scholarship funds has evolved into a transformative youth development experience focused on leadership, mentorship, cultural enrichment, scholarship, service, and personal growth.
Over the course of several months, participants engage in leadership workshops, communication development, community service projects, enrichment activities, cultural experiences, and fundraising initiatives designed to prepare them to become tomorrow's leaders.
The evening will culminate with the formal presentation of participants and escorts, the traditional Jabberwock Waltz, recognition of outstanding achievement, and the crowning of the 2026 Jabberwock Queens and Court.
Proceeds from the Nashville Alumnae Chapter's Jabberwock Extravaganza support youth development initiatives, scholarship opportunities, and community programming benefiting young people throughout Middle Tennessee.
