**Oysters on the Half Shell** with blood orange mignonette, paired with 2023 J. Lohr ‘Flume Crossing’ Sauvignon Blanc, Monterey County.

**Crab Louie** with avocado, tomato, endive, and Thousand Island dressing, paired with 2023 J. Lohr ‘Gesture’ Viognier, Paso Robles.

**Tagliatelle Pasta** with duck confit, roasted squash, wild mushrooms, and thyme, paired with 2022 J. Lohr ‘Falcon’s Perch’ Pinot Noir, Monterey County.

**Filet Mignon** with roasted young carrots, cippolini onions, fingerling potatoes, melted stilton cheese, and candied bacon crumbles, paired with 2020 J. Lohr ‘Signature’ Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles.

**Warm Apple Crisp** with vanilla ice cream, paired with 2021 J. Lohr ‘Late Harvest’ White Riesling, Arroyo Seco, Monterey.
