About Graceful Minds
Graceful Minds is a neurodivergent-led social organisation dedicated to creating inclusive opportunities, support, and community for neurodivergent children, young people, adults, and families across the UK. Founded through lived experience, the organisation believes that neurodivergent people should help design the support they receive, ensuring services are authentic, empowering, and built on real understanding.
Graceful Minds provides peer mentoring, student support, life skills development, employability programmes, parent and carer support, wellbeing initiatives, advocacy, and community-building activities. Our mission is to help neurodivergent individuals thrive in education, employment, and everyday life while creating spaces where people feel safe, supported, valued, and connected.
Graceful Minds is committed to promoting inclusion, reducing isolation, celebrating neurodiversity, and building communities where differences are recognised as strengths rather than barriers.
