We’re thrilled to welcome Jayne back for a weekend of Iyengar Yoga this October. Jayne has a long association with Iyengar Yoga in Essex and we are looking forward to welcoming her again.
Suitable for general and intermediate level practitioners, this is a weekend you won’t want to miss!
🗓 Class Times:
• Saturday: 11:00-14:00 & 15:00-16:30
• Sunday: 09:00-12:00 & 13:00-14:30
(1-hour lunch break with light snacks and drinks provided.)
💷 Cost:
• Full weekend: £110
• Single day: £65
