2 day Iyengar yoga workshop with Aisling Guirke. Aisling is Irelands most senior Iyengar yoga teacher. She has been teaching and mentoring students and teachers for many years both in Ireland and UK. She has studied with the Iyengar family in RIMYI, Pune, India many times over the years and her knowledge and warm teaching style helps to make her students feel safe and confident in their practice.
This is a general level workshop suitable to students with 6 months + experience.
Workshop details:
Saturday, 31st January 10am-4pm (1pm-2pm lunch break)
Sunday, 1st February 10am-4pm (1pm-2pm lunch break)
