I teach a friendly and welcoming Iyengar yoga class which is suitable for anyone who has some experience of yoga (not just Iyengar yoga)If you’re not sure then get in touch and we can talk through the suitability of the class for your needs.
The class is in the upper hall (no lift) of the Hanover Centre.
Taster class is £5
Subsequent classes are £35 for 5 classes or £8 pay as you go.
I have mats and equipment, but you’re also welcome to bring your own.
