Join us on International Women’s Day for a rejuvenating Women’s Mindful Movement session, where we’ll be blending gentle physical exercises with mindfulness practices to enhance your well-being. This session is designed to help you connect with your body and reduce stress through intentional movement and breathwork. Suitable for all fitness levels, our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of movements that promote relaxation and mental clarity.

Participants should dress for the outdoors and wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
