IVCO 2024

Welcome to the IVCO 2024 registration page.

IVCO brings together leaders from international volunteering agencies around the globe, alongside policymakers, volunteers and researchers. IVCO 2024 will tackle questions related to the role of volunteers in an increasingly unequal world, one characterised by division and crisis. The conference will celebrate and explore how volunteering can create connections, challenge the status quo and enable meaningful, lasting social change. The conference and all discussions will be conducted in English to accommodate the interactive nature of our schedule.

The following ticket types are available:

• Forum member early bird ticket €600 (until 30th Jun 2024)
• Non member early bird ticket €650 (until 30th Jun 2024)
• Forum member standard ticket €700
• Non member standard ticket €750
• Day rate ticket €200
• Subsidised delegate ticket €250

The subsidised delegate ticket rate is available to delegates registering from an organisation headquartered in the Global South, local organisations based in the Northeast of England or low income organisations (income is less than €100k per year). Students (from any location) and youth delegates (under 30) may also register for the subsided delegate rate.

By selecting a subsidised ticket, you certify that you meet the criteria and the information provided is true and accurate. Forum reserves the right to request proof of eligibility.

You can purchase your ticket using PayPal, or credit card (select the PayPal option, and checkout as guest using your credit card details). If you are unable to use either of these options, we can send you an invoice, to pay by bank transfer. You will receive the invoice automatically, in the week following your registration.
