A bit about Ivan...
Ivan Knight is a new kind of Alt Pop artist... with a unique production style inspired by the likes of Brian Eno, Daft Punk and Prince. Born in East Barnet and spending his childhood split between the North and the South of England, Ivan was exposed to a number of musical influences from a young age. Before going solo, Ivan released three albums and an EP under the band pseudonym "Ivan Knight and the imaginary friends". While exploring different sounds and ideas, Ivan shaped and developed his blended sound of New Wave, Progressive Rock and Synth Pop.
With his vision finally nailed to a tee, and laying nest in Newcastle, Ivan sets out to release his first solo album βFrog Rockβ inspired by a wide range of artists including David Bowie, Daft Punk and Prince. Ivan returns with his eccentric persona "The Frog", under the skin of heavy face paint, Ivan uses this look as a canvas to portray his many internal struggles. Ivan Knight invites you along for the rideβ¦ a weird and colourful ride!
