About this Event

In-Person:

Are you a Black woman in leadership that would like to join a community of other fierce Black women leaders? Come join us as we share our experiences and connect with Black women who are crushing barriers and paving the way.

As Black women leaders, we are often seen as "work horses" and are the backbone of multiple professional, familial, and personal community contexts. Dr. Rachelle Rogers-Ard, co-author of "Black Educational Leadership" will share her model to sustain leadership practices while intentionally de-centering notions of white supremacy.

Participants Will:

  • Learn the author's "HEART" model of leadership sustainability
  • Share leadership stories that align and define life purpose
  • Network and build community (enjoy champagne mimosas and treats)
  • Engage in deep breathing and centering exercises

Come experience great energy and networking with like-minded leaders.
