Join us for a peaceful, heart-centered gathering designed to help you pause, breathe, and reconnect with what matters most.

It’s time friends … We are midway through 2026…
As Summer Solstice approaches we will take some time to reflect about where we are now and what we are creating for the second half of 2026.

It’s time to TRUST yourself more and DEEPLY release what no longer serves you.
It’s time to RESPOND to what is happening around you rather than react.
It’s time to CREATE with intention, Live MEANIINGFULLY with authenticity and
COMMIT to inner growth.

Through guided meditation, gentle Reiki transmissions, a special Release and Renew process and sharing with a partner, we’ll explore what it means to trust yourself more deeply, release what no longer serves you, and create with greater intention in 2026. This experience invites you to soften the fearful inner voice, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and make space for meaningful growth.

Join Cheryl Peterson of Step Inside Hypnotherapy and
Jen Tomas of Silver Owl Healing Arts for a dynamic (and fun) playshop.
During this playshop you can expect:

Opening circle
Guided meditation with Cheryl
Optional individual mini Reiki transmisisons for each participant with Jen
Guided releasing ceremony (gentle movement and ambient sound) with Jen
Partner sharing conversation
Closing circle

Flow of the playshop:

We'll begin with an opening circle and brief introductions.

Cheryl Peterson will lead the group in a guided meditation to explore the themes of:

Trusting ourselves completely
Releasing what no longer services us
Responding (rather than reacting) to the world around us
Creating with intention
Living meaningfully with authenticity and
Committing to continued inner growth
During the meditation Jen will provide individual Reiki transmissions for each participant (optional).
After a short break we will continue with a special Release and Renew ceremony using gentle movement and healing sound frequencies.
Following the ceremony we'll pair up with a partner to explore the topics of
Trust
Release
Creation
Inner Growth
Each person have a chance to speak with and be witnessed by another participant. Discussion prompts are provided!
We'll bring the playshop to a close with optional group sharing and a short closing circle.
