Too often, boys are told to "man up" or keep their feelings to themselves. This project is about changing that narrative and creating spaces where young men can be themselves, build healthy relationships, and learn that strength includes being able to express how they feel.

The It's Okay to Feel Symposium is the first event in a series of activities that will take place throughout the project. This kick-off event is designed to bring young men ages, ages 14 to 17, together for a day of learning, connection, and real conversations about emotions, confidence, identity, and personal growth.
