Are you a mom of a neurodivergent or a neurotypical kiddo? Do you constantly feel stressed, overwhelmed, sad, lonely, underappreciated? Is self-care non-existent? Do you live your life just trying to get through the day?

Many of us moms today feel the stress and burnout from managing not only life but life with kids who suffer from Autism, ADHD, OCD, anxiety, and sleepless nights; you name it! The feeling of being overwhelmed is unreal. You are not alone.

What if I told you that there is a way out? That you don't have to feel this way? You CAN be at peace. You can have a healthy family. You CAN have that relationship with your child that you long for. Sounds too good to be true right? But hear me out.

As a mom of a neurodivergent or even a typical kiddo, you know how each day feels. Life is non-stop and almost like a place with no escape. You yearn for normalcy. You yearn for friendships. And most importantly, you yearn for that connection and relationship with your child.

What makes it even worse is that everyone feels the need to tell you how to run your life as if they walked in your shoes.

So how do you get away from this? How do you stop relying on others? How do you step into your zone and just feel like you can overcome the sadness, the loneliness, the sleepless nights, the anxiety, the stress of it all? How do you find that missing puzzle piece that makes you feel whole? How do you form a healthy relationship? How do you start to heal? It all seems impossible to you but fear not, there is always a way. And it starts with YOU.

I designed this workshop with a hectic life in mind. Time is precious and should be spent on things that will make it worth it.

I don’t make promises lightly. That is not me. I can’t promise you a miracle, but I can promise that healing IS possible. It is not easy and will require your time, motivation, patience, and lots of love. But it is so, so worth it.
