It’s Not What You Said… It’s HOW You Said It! is an engaging, interactive workshop designed to help you better understand how you communicate and how small changes can make a big difference in your relationships at work, at home, and in your community.
During this 60-minute session, you will:
- Understand how emotions, tone, and communication can impact relationships
- Explore the role of self-awareness and empathy in effective communication
- Learn practical strategies for navigating difficult or uncomfortable conversations
- Strengthen interpersonal communication skills you can use in everyday life
This isn't a workshop about learning the “perfect” thing to say. It's about becoming more aware of how you communicate, how others may experience your communication, and what you can do when a conversation starts going sideways.
Through real-life examples, reflection, and interactive activities, you'll leave with practical tools you can begin using immediately.
