The annual Medicare Open Enrollment period is October 15-December 7. It is the time of year when Medicare beneficiaries should review their Medicare Advantage (MA) Plan or their Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) to be sure it is still the right fit. Medicare beneficiaries can switch to a different plan for 2027 if it better suits their needs. Participants will be led by Sharel Neilland, a SHIP (State Health Insurance Assistance Program) Counselor, in accessing the Medicare.gov Plan Finder to review options. Bring a list of your medications, so you can get the most accurate information about your Medicare plan options in 2027.
