A special curated workshop by Dr. Thomishia “Mishi” Booker of Hey Carter!. LIT KIDS is an empowered informed experience where youth will be exposed to creative writing, poetry, art, Black /African History, social emotional learning, and of course reading. Youth will give power to their voices and be encouraged to write their own stories.
