Fuchsia and Sharon have teamed up to host the powerhouse Catherine Taylor in Milton Keynes for a day of ITS magic!
A day to immerse yourself in Improv Team Sync! 6 hours of dance dance dance, working with ITS vocabulary and concepts from level 1 and beyond. We'll develop our technique and discover how to dance together in dynamic and exciting ways.

The level 1 vocabulary will not be taught during this workshop. This means:
- For those of you who are new to ITS, you will learn the level 1 vocabulary online with creator Amy Sigil prior to the workshop. This is a great opportunity to learn from the source! Amy's courses are prerecorded and run on a semester basis, so you'll need to sign up for her level 1 autumn semester (no need to sign up for level 1 downbeat left). See www.sigilschool.com for more info (sign up is not open yet, but will be soon). Please note: the price of this is not included in the price of the workshop.
- For those of you who have previously learned the level 1 content, you don't need to do any prep! You are, of course, very welcome (and encouraged!) to do the level 1 course at www.sigilschool.com anyway as a refresher! Or if you fancy getting a head start on downbeat left, you could go for level 1 downbeat left ;)
Whether you're a rookie or a seasoned ITSer, this is the workshop for you! We'll spend 6 hours dancing in the studio together, during which time Catherine will cover common corrections, give personalised feedback and help you fine-tune your technique, then we’ll explore how to dance this vocabulary in different formations, working on teamwork, creativity and musicality. And on top of all that you’ll also get a taster of what’s to come in subsequent levels, including flourishes and dancing downbeat left!
