[Richmond, VA, August 30, 2025 @ Doors Open at 12 Noon starts at 1pm] – Fans of the late Princess Diana are invited to a unique and intimate event celebrating the life and legacy of the People’s Princess on Diana's 28th anniversary of her passing. Richard Dalton, world-renowned hair stylist and personal hairdresser to Princess Diana for over ten years, will join Renae Plant, founder of The Princess Diana Museum and The Princess & The Platypus Foundation, for a special afternoon filled with stories, memories, royal charm and a very special “Falcon Dress”.
The event will take place at The Carpenter Theater, Mooney Hall, starting at 1:00 PM, promising an unforgettable experience as Dalton and Plant share insights from their brand-new book, It’s All About the Hair: My Decade with Diana, H.R.H. Richard was the only person to see her wearing it and will be sharing pages from the book that document this very special moment. In addition she will bring the “Black Sheep Sweater” which Diana famously wore in 1983 which has never been seen in public before.
