It's a Wonderful Life on Ice

Professional and national level competitive skaters from across the US will join local skaters to perform an abbreviated adaptation of It's a Wonderful Life - The Musical.

Based on the beloved 1946 film, this performance follows George Bailey’s life from his childhood dreams to his midlife disappointments and beyond, as we all take a journey to discover whether his life has mattered at all. This adaptation breathes musical life into a familiar story, while retaining the warmth, humor, and emotions of the original.

The amazing cast of talented skaters are sure to delight all ages in this fast-paced version of the holiday classic!

Jimmy Ma, current Team USA member. Jimmy placed 6th at the 2021 and 2022 U.S. National Championships and is an international medalist.

Adam Blake, renowned and nationally recognized professional choreographer and ice skater, most recently, he was the Ice Choreographer for Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey’s newest production “Out of this World”.

Kseniya Ponomaryova and Collin Brubaker, Ice Dance International cast members since 2020 and are the 2021 US Open Professional Skating Championships Skater’s Skater award winners.

Haley Skousen, veteran professional skater, Hayley has performed around the world with Disney On Ice, Royal Caribbean, SeaWorld, and Knott's Berry Farm.

Timmy Chapman, three-time US National Pairs Medalist, Performer in Sea World Orlando’s Winter Wonderland on Ice, Principal Performer at Universal Studios Cabana Bay Beach Hotel.

Elin Schran, founded Joy Skate Productions in 2018 to make the joy of skating accessible to all. The company achieves this goal by partnering with corporate clients to bring high-energy professional shows to the public free of charge.

Taylor Blair, after competing at the regional and national level, Taylor spent five years with Disney On Ice, performing in 46 states and over 30 countries.

Lauren Leonesio, 25-year old professional figure skater currently living in Chicago, Illinois. Lauren performed in Winter Wonderland On Ice for SeaWorld in Orlando and Fire and Ice in Nashville both with Ice Creative Entertainment.

Laura Nicula, is about to start her 3rd year on the Haydenettes Synchronized Skating Team. She calls St. Louis, MO home and is a proud alum of Saint Louis Synergy Junior Synchronized Skating Team.

Samantha Pearsall, skated with the synchronized skating team, the Haydenettes, for six years, representing Team USA at a multitude of international competitions.

Alexandra Finn, was a 2012 and 2013 National Champion and World Bronze Medalists as a member of the Haydenette Synchronized Skating team.

Ethan Kampelman, USFS Gold Medalist in Moves in the Field and in Dance. In his time competing, he competed up to the intermediate level.

Amanda is a 5x U.S. Synchronized Skating National Champion, 2x World Synchronized Skating Bronze Medalist, USFS Triple Gold Medalist in Freestyle, Moves in the Field and Ice Dance and achieved ISI Freestyle 9 test. Some career highlights include: 1) Winning the first ever freeskate gold medal for the US at the ISU World Synchronized Skating Championship in 2016 in Budapest, Hungary 2) Performing my final skate to the most fun “Prince” themed program in front of 75 family members/friends at Home Worlds (Colorado Springs) in 2017 3) Touring with Disney On Ice performing the role, Rafiki, from The Lion King.
