Habitat for Humanity is excited to announce its second annual showing of the holiday-favorite It’s A Wonderful Life.
Our local nonprofit is inspired by the Bailey Building and Loan’s commitment to its community, especially in the Bailey Park affordable housing community. For over 35 years, Habitat for Humanity has partnered with thousands of community volunteers and supporters to construct over 230 homes in Monroe County, providing families with the opportunity to build and purchase energy-efficient homes through affordable loans.
Thanks to our community’s generous support, more than 860 of our neighbors, including 480 children, have embraced the joys of homeownership. Thank you for building homes, hope, and community among our homeowners.
Everyone is welcome to enjoy this family-friendly film and bask in the spirit of the holiday season. Come celebrate with us and your neighbors and be part of our ongoing journey toward affordable housing and stronger communities.
Doors open at 2:30pm, with brief remarks from the Habitat team at 3pm, followed by the start of the film.
