It's a Family Thing UK - Self Defense Class (Children & Parents)

Join It’s a Family Thing UK for a hands-on, confidence-boosting workshop designed for both parents and children. Together, you'll explore practical self-defense skills in a safe, supportive environment. Learn how to stay aware, set boundaries, and protect yourself and your loved ones...all while building confidence and having fun as a family.

Sessions run every other Saturday starting from the 5th of July from 10am-12pm at St Matthews Church, Eastpark, Wolverhampton WV1 2DN. Families are welcome, so please book tickets for yourself too if you’ll be staying, so we know how many to expect.
