The Alexander Technique is a powerful tool for change in mental and physical performance, bringing more ease and flexibility into all areas of your life.
Based on the work of Australian actor FM Alexander (1869-1955), this workshop will introduce you to the ITM approach, which, according to its founder Don W**d (1950-2022) , is a "life-changing constellation of principles, disciplines and practices" which draws from Alexander's books combined with up-to-date knowledge of anatomy, personal development and educational theories.
If you would like to experience a fulfilling blend of challenge, curiosity and fun, with a view to gaining long-term success in all areas of life, why not join us in June?
Whether you are new to this work or have previous experience, you are welcome!
