About this Event
All-on-X has become one of the most recognised treatment concepts in implant dentistry, but it is not the solution for every patient. This lecture will explore the role of All-on-X within the broader spectrum of full-arch and implant rehabilitation, highlighting when it is appropriate and when alternative strategies may provide better outcomes. Through digital workflows, careful planning, and clear patient communication, participants will learn how to improve case acceptance and long-term success in complex implant dentistry.
Learning Objectives
1. Evaluate case selection beyond the All-on-X approachUnderstand the clinical, anatomical, and patient-related factors that determine when All-on-X is suitable — and when alternative treatment strategies may provide better long-term outcomes.
2. Integrate digital workflows into treatment planning and executionLearn how intraoral scanning, CBCT, photogrammetry, and 3D printing streamline diagnosis, communication, and prosthetic/surgical precision for both All-on-X and alternative implant solutions.
3. Enhance patient communication and case acceptanceDevelop strategies to present treatment options, set realistic expectations, and support patients in choosing between All-on-X and other implant therapies to optimise satisfaction and long-term success.
