ITEC Level 3 Reflexology
Prerequisites: ITEC Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology
Would you like to be a trained and fully qualified reflexologist?
This ITEC Diploma in Reflexology meets national occupational standards and is now recognised by the Association Of Reflexologists (AoR), EMBODY, Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNCH)
Upon completion, you will be a professional reflexologist and will be able to gain insurance to practice upon the general public and professional memberships.
By the end of the course, you will:
- Provide a professional reflexology to a client
- Conduct a professional consultation
- Devise a treatment programme
- Understand contraindications
- Be able to adapt a treatment for a range of conditions and outcomes
- Reading of the feet
- Recognise common disorders of the feet
- Provide aftercare advice
- Conduct a short hand reflexology treatment
Once qualified you may work in your own private practice, as a self-employed practitioner, in a salon, health club, spa or hotel, within the NHS, hospice or other healthcare setting.
Your Massage course will also include Awards in Infection Control, Business Practice, Principles and Practice of Complementary Therapies and the optional unit Healthy Eating for Complementary Therapies
Length: 8 days
Time: 9:30am – 5:00pm
Cost: £1250 (includes £150 external examination fee)
You will also be required to complete ITEC Level 3 Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology
Once you have completed your assignments and case studies, you will attend a practical exam date to be arranged.
We only train small groups so that you can have the support you deserve.
