OUTDOOR FOREST & BEACH SCHOOL FIRST AID
2 day/16 hour highly interactive first aid course suitable for outdoor as well as forest & beach school practitioners.
This highly interactive course is delivered in the context of running general outdoor activities as well as forest & beach school sessions in the UK and covers first aid content for adults and children.
Practical training on how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is also provided on this course as standard.
The successful completion of the course leads to the accredited qualification ITC Level 3 Award in Outdoor First Aid (RQF) which is valid for 3 years.
This qualification is suitable for forest & beach school practitioners and meets the requirements of the Institute for Outdoor Learning Statement of Good Practice for Outdoor First Aid Training at Band 3.
It is also recognised by most UK Outdoor National Governing Bodies for their instructor awards including ML, SPA, RYA, BEL, WML, BMG and BASI.
The cost is £154 per person (all in, no VAT to Pay) and includes training, comprehensive outdoor first aid manual and qualification certificate.
