Simona Vinci is an Italian writer born in Milan and based in Bologna. She made her literary debut in 1997 with Dei bambini non si sa niente, and has since published novels, short stories, and books for younger readers. Her 2016 novel La prima verità won the Premio Campiello, and her work has been translated and published internationally.
Vanessa Roghi is an Italian historian and independent researcher specializing in the history of culture and education. She is currently a Tiro a Segnio Visiting Fellow in Italian American Studies at NYU.
