Italian Wine Dinner: Tales from Piedmont - 皮埃蒙特的故事

On the 5th of November TasteVino's events come back in the heart of Hong Kong Island with a new, fantastic partner: DiVino Patio!

DiVino Patio is often listed as one of the best Italian restaurants in Hong Kong and for long it has been a reference point for fine dining italian food as well as more casual "after-work" aperitivi.

With an excellent Italian chef crafting an original menu just for this event and a tailored, regional wine list, you will feel like dining in the lush Langhe hills!

A full 5 courses Italian, Piedmont-inspired fine dining dinner is going to be paired with 5 different wines from Piedmont.

The king of Red Wines Barolo, ed Barbera and more different wines have been paired with a selection of dishes to bring out the best of both worlds, for a great evening together!

To satisfy all needs, we have a base menu and a vegetarian menu!

BASE MENU

• Carpaccio of smoked royal trout, saffron, mayo and winter salad
• IGP "Fassona" beef tartar, Passion fruit and black truffle
• Carnaroli risotto "Ferron" with pigeon ragout and Castelmagno cheese
• Braised wagyu beef cheek in Barolo wine, laid in a celeriac purée and black truffle shaving
• Lukewarm Moscato sabayon, Piedmont hazelnuts soft sponge, red berries

VEGETARIAN MENU

• Potatoes carpaccio , Truffle and winter salad
• Mix vegetables cook and raw, banana cauda sauce
• Carnaroli risotto “Ferron” with beetroot and Castelmagno cheese
• Stewed cabbage stuffed with eggplant laid in a celeriac purée and black truffle shaving
• Lukewarm Moscato sabayon Piedmont hazelnuts soft sponge, red berries

• VINO 1: Gavi di Gavi DOCG, La Meirana
• VINO 2: Langhe DOC Nascetta, La Regina, Braida
• VINO 3: Barbera d’Asti DOCG, Lavignone, Pico Maccario
• VINO 4: Barbaresco DOCG, Bricco San Giuliano
• VINO 5: Brachetto d’Acqui DOCG, Braida
