Good evening! We are excited to announce that we are hosting an Italian wine tasting & pairing next month! Along with your tasting, you will learn all about Italian wine from Paolo Pellizzari. We have selected 6 wines and 6 small bites that will pair perfectly together. ?Paolo and his wife Shelia founded Bacco Selections in 2013. Living in the heart of Chianti and having close relationships with the vineyards and winemakers, together Paolo and Sheila develop a passion for and knowledge of wine. We are looking forward to having him in our shop on the 12th to share his knowledge. @baccoselections
?? For our small bites we are partnering with Chef Nadia from @gustonapoletano . Gusto Napoletano is a veteran-owned business that serves satisfying and authentic Neapolitan cuisine. All of their dishes are created from scratch using only the finest ingredients.
