In this intimate session, you’ll explore six premium extra virgin olive oils sourced directly from small Italian producers — each with its own region, character, and story.

But this is more than a tasting.

You’ll discover how Italians recognize quality instantly — and how to apply that knowledge every time you shop, cook, or eat.

Designed as a relaxed late afternoon experience, this session fits naturally into your day — whether you continue your evening afterward or simply enjoy it as a moment to slow down and indulge.

You’re welcome to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy during the experience, as you would in an Italian home.

This is not a traditional class — it’s a guided tasting experience designed to be both educational and enjoyable, without feeling technical or overwhelming.

Many guests choose to continue their evening afterward, while other simply enjoy it as a relaxed afternoon experience.

Cancellation Policy

Payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations made at least 4 days before the class date will receive a credit that can be used for any future La Cucina Segreta class.

No refunds are offered.

You are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else if you are unable to attend.

In the rare case that we must cancel or reschedule a class, you will receive the option of a full credit or refund.
