Italian Pasta Making Class

You'll learn how to make egg pasta dough and water pasta dough, making pasta sheet, slicing spaghetti, and fettuccine. Afterwards, we'll explain how to make filled pasta such as ravioli, caramelle, fagottini, and more! We'll provide you utensils, food and everything needed to make it. Families, friends, and people curious about food are warmly welcomed to spend this time with Chefs Francesco and Lucia for an authentic Italian experience! You will get to eat the pasta you create and will be offered your choice of a variety of Italian sauces to enjoy it with as part of the experience.
