Italian Island Wines

Islands are a source of well kept oeno-gastro traditions, especially when it comes to the most foodie country ever, Italy. Being naturally isolated by the seas these islands are a cradle of culinary and wine traditions and often produce wines from rare grape varieties that are practically impossible to find anywhere else.

We are inviting you to sail the Italian islands via the glass together with us - Terroir Journey and Osteria Al Bacaro. This is a wine and food pairing event where we'll pair 7 Italian island wines with authentic Italian foods preparred by Al Bacaro. During this wine and food pairing in the heart of Amsterdam we will discover 6 wines from 7 indigenous Italian grapes coming from different Italian islands.

We will share the menu before the event with the participanats so that you can let us know about any allergies, intollerances, preferences and we can accommodate them.

The menu is always seasonal and related to the regions where the wines come from.
