Italian Film Focus 2025 – 25 Years of Italian Cinema in South Africa ??The Italian Film Focus Festival (IFF) returns for its 25th edition, the result of a long-standing collaboration between the Italian Consulate in Cape Town, the Italian Cultural Institute in Pretoria, Associazione Controluce, and the Labia Theatre.
This year, for the first time, screenings will also take place at the Bioscope Theatre in Johannesburg, offering South African audiences a glimpse into Italy’s vibrant film scene and its contemporary stories.
