About this Event

Bartholomew Winery has teamed up with Culture Shock Bistro and Chef Frank Magana to present the following menu items:

Caprese Board: Olives, Pesto Hummus, Roasted Red Pepper Bruschetta, Crostini

Caesar Salad: Crisp romaine, Caesar dressing, Shaved Parmesan & sourdough croutons

Chef’s Signature Spicy Pork & Beef Meatballs: Marinara sauce accompanied with linguine & whipped basil ricotta

Mascarpone cheesecake: Raspberry sauce

Each plate will be paired carefully with a glass of Bartholomew Winery red, rose, or white wine.
