Italian Conversation and Cooking Class - Parla & Pizza

This is an immersive Italian pizza-making experience with Margherita, a native Italian tutor, and Chef Lorenzo, a professional chef from Italy. In this 4-hour masterclass, you’ll learn to make authentic Italian pizza from scratch while practising your Italian.
What You’ll Experience:
Margherita will begin with a brief introduction to the history and cultural significance of pizza. Then Chef Lorenzo will guide you step-by-step through making perfect pizza dough, including rising times, the best Italian flours, and local UK alternatives.
You’ll learn to hand-stretch your dough for a light, airy crust, then enjoy a tasting of traditional pizzas baked in a stone oven with a variety of classic toppings. After the pizza tasting, you’ll be treated to a complimentary limoncello for a sweet, refreshing finish. Throughout the class, Margherita will teach useful Italian culinary phrases so you can practise your language skills while cooking and tasting.
