Learn about various pasta shapes, from classic spaghetti and fettuccine to more intricate types like orecchiette and farfalle.Diana will guide you through selecting quality ingredients, kneading, and rolling the dough. You'll discover the importance of high-quality flour and fresh eggs, as well as techniques for shaping and cutting pasta so that each piece is both delicious and visually appealing.
In addition to hands-on experience, we’ll explore the cultural significance of pasta in Italian cuisine during the holiday season. You’ll learn how different regions in Italy celebrate Christmas with unique pasta dishes and receive traditional recipes to recreate at home.
By the end of the class, you'll have a newfound appreciation for pasta and the skills to impress friends and family with your homemade creations. Dinner is included.
