ARE YOU READY TO DISCOVER LISBON THROUGH A WHOLE DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE... while capturing the best street art shots ánd meeting new people in town?
No need to experience Valentine all alone. Join our special edition of the alternative walk through town as we invited Jan ! A Belgian based in Lisbon, cycling his way to every corner in and around town, capturing the best street (art) shots. He will introduce you to the world of photography, but also how to capture your favourite artwork in the streets. Together we will wander throughout two authentic neighbourhoods; Mouraria and Graça. Getting to know the stories of the artworks, while seeing and capturing them through your lens*. Jan will expose you to the secrets of shooting streetart. We will end up in a cozy hotspot for a drink and some great advice on how to edit your beautiful shots.

More info on the tour: Going through the different neighborhoods of Lisbon, we will talk about various (inter)national artists, their styles and techniques while showing legal and illegal pieces all around. We will highlight the roots of graffiti to the multiplicity of the urban art field. You will also learn about the history and culture of the city and the political, economical & social issues that gives rise to Lisbon’s street art & graffiti scene.
* You - as participant - will also contribute to the art-scenery of Lisbon as part of our earnings is re-invested directly into our yesyoucan.spray street art collective [https://www.instagram.com/yesyoucanspray/]. We organize paintjams and workshops with artists from, based in or passing through Lisbon. Stay tuned for our next edition in March !
* This walk is open for all ages. But be aware, it is a walking tour up and down etc… Therefore, we do not recommend it for people with reduced mobility or small kids. Our fourfeeted furry friends, are always welcome. Just let us know in advance.

Ele irá apresentá-lo ao mundo da fotografia, mas também a como capturar as suas obras de arte favoritas nas ruas. Juntos passearemos por dois bairros autênticos: Mouraria e Graça. Conhecer as histórias das obras de arte, vendo-as e capturando-as através das suas lentes*. Jan irá expondo-o aos segredos da fotografia de arte (de rua). Terminaremos num barzinho para tomar algo e receber alguns óptimos conselhos sobre como editar as suas lindas fotos.
