IT Help Sessions at Charing Cross Library: Click Smarter, Not Harder!

• Tuesdays, weekly, 2-4pm.
• Please book your 30-minute slot on Eventbrite. Our staff can help you with this if you do not know how.
• Our supportive volunteer can speak Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

We can help with using the internet, emails, printing, online shopping, social media, and much more.

These sessions are delivered by trained volunteers. Our volunteers can help with most things however if you have a request related to something that requires in-depth knowledge, such as coding, you may be signposted to other courses or resources.

Our IT sessions are not valid for fixing technical faults with electronic devices that need expert advice.
