FREE Family Workout at 9am at Trago Park - Meet us at the park as we kick off Mother's Day Weekend with an incredible workout.
Please show up just a few minutes early to sign a waiver if you have not yet participated in an iStroll class. What you'll need: your happy kiddo (optional, but I promise, they will love it!), a stroller, a yoga mat or towel, water, and a light set of dumbbells (5-10lbs).
