Workplace training designed for innovative Mind Body Professionals, including Yoga Teachers, Complementary & Holistic Therapists and all Mind Body Professionals who are already qualified or working towards a qualification to work with people.

Originally designed for Yoga Teachers and launched in 2022, to satisfy a workplace need which I identified on hearing of an incident where an Irish Yoga teacher was successfully sued for a very large sum of money by a participant of their beach yoga & meditation class, who fell and broke their ankle walking back to their car after the beach class.
As a workplace trainer I felt it was my duty to develop and launch this workplace training especially for Yoga Teachers, but it is also equally suitable for all professionals working with people.
This unique and specialised training may be taken on it's own, or as part of ongoing study towards the inspiring Integrated Sound Relaxation Therapy© Diploma for working with therapeutic sound for groups and individuals to promote relaxation, stress reduction and self-healing.
Providing a suite of powerful and effective skills and techniques for facilitating positive change and transformation, through deep rest incorporating safe and effective trance work with a range of expert methods and techniques.
This training is suitable for all mind body professsionals and anyone who is already qualified or working towards a qualification to work with people and because this training is accredited as CPD, if you are already qualified to work with paying clients, you can use your new skills from this training right away!
Day 1 - Sound Bath Training Masterclass, includes history and science, sound bath design & sequencing, working safely and effectively with trance states, transformational guided meditation (TGM©) to supercharge your meditations and yoga nidra, your legal obligiations, health and safety plus more.
Day 2 - Advanced Sound Bath Training with Intuitive Nada Yoga Nidra Certificate includes advanced sound bath techniques & practice, stage performance, festivals and events, intuitive Nada Yoga Nidra plus more.
Discover how to intuitively design, create & conduct effective & deeply transformative sound bath meditation experiences with your choice of sound therapy instruments.
You'll also discover how to work safely and effectively with trance states to supercharge your guided meditations with Yoga Nidra and more.
