Welcome to **“Island Heat” Dance Fitness Classes! Soca, Afrobeats & Latin!** Get ready to move and groove to the hottest beats from the islands and beyond. Join us every Saturday starting on **Jun 29, 2024** at **11:00 AM** at **BSDC Latin, African & Cultural Dance Institute** for an energetic and fun dance workout experience.

The class will feature a mix of Soca, Afrobeats, and Latin dance styles that will have you sweating and smiling at the same time!
