Join us for a talk by Professor Iver B. Neumann with the title 'Is international cooperation still possible?', following a short introduction with Professor Mai’a K. D. Cross (Northeastern University, US) . After Professor Neumann's talk, he will engage in a moderated discussion with Dr. Cross, Director of the Norwegian Nobel Institute Professor Kristian Berg Harpviken, Associate Professor Katharina Glaab (Norwegian Institute of Life Sciences), and Research Professor Marianne Riddervold (NUPI and ARENA – Centre for Europen Studies at the University of Oslo).
The conversation will be moderated by Halvard Leira, Research Director at NUPI.
The event will take place at NUPI (New address: Rosenkrantz’ gate 22, 4th floor) and lasts from 09:00 to 10:30. A light breakfast will be served from 08:30.

About Professor Iver B. Neumann:
Neumann is director at the Fridtjof Nansen Institute. Neumann has previously been Director, NOVA, OsloMet, Professor of International Relations, London School of Economics and Research Professor and Research Director at NUPI. He has published extensively on diplomacy and international relations, focusing in particular on how polities relate to one another, in pre-history, in history, in imagined worlds, and in principle.
