Ginny Dean, Yoga Instructor and similar modalities, will discuss and
demonstrate the benefits of doing a seated yoga class for strength,
flexibility, and balance.
Chair Yoga is based on modifying yoga poses to accommodate sitting in
a chair. The class reaps many benefits for energizing the brain and body
through exercises that strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and
improve balance. The class is for everyone, regardless of your mobility
restrictions, or for those looking to incorporate a variety of exercises.
