The exercises he developed were first shared openly at a Lamasery he built with the help of the first 12 Tai Chi Gung Lamas. You will learn the core exercises at the center of this profound unbroken lineage going back more than 3000 years.

Master Paul has been a student of Master Lama Rasaji for more than 38 years. He as been leading Tai Chi Gung classes more than 27 years.
