The return of IRV and WES STALLINGS MEAC DAY PARTY at Roger Browns in Portsmouth, VA. We will be celebrating grown folk style Celebrating HBCUs, Celebrating MEAC, Celebrating Championships and Celebrating You! Special guest DJ to play all the music to make you dance. Cigar lounge on the terrace. Located in Downtown Portsmouth with easy access to downtown Norfolk and the new Rivers Casino. This is for the mature adult crowd.
